BCP buoyed by hybrid exchange, to launch Eu259m cap hike

Banco Comerical Portugues will later this week launch a Eu259m rights issue, raising a much smaller amount directly from shareholders than it might have required if it had not recorded a big success in its exchange offer for some of its hybrid bonds.
