ING breaks three week senior deal drought
ING Bank on Thursday morning became the first bank issuer to brave the senior unsecured market in three weeks. It launched an 18 month floater, mandating BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan to manage the sale alongside its own broker-dealer.
