Kabel Deutschland to refinance with Eu300m bond and loan

German cable TV and telecoms operator Kabel Deutschland launched a Eu300m seven year non-call three bond on Wednesday June 8, as part of an Eu800m refinancing package.

Goldman Sachs (billing and delivering), Deutsche Bank, ING and Morgan Stanley are arranging the deal, provisionally Ba2/BB-.

The company will meet investors in London for a breakfast in the West End on Thursday, before holding one-on-one sessions at the Deutsche Bank high yield conference. Pricing is expected on Friday, ...
