Gold Fields roadshows for dollar bond as markets quail
Gold Fields, a South African gold miner, was concluding a roadshow to US and European bond investors in London on Monday. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital and JP Morgan arranged the visits, which prepare the way for a possible dollar bond issue, subject to market conditions. The deal would be under Rule 144A.
