MegaFon deal starts race for $4bn London IPO

MegaFon, Russian’s second largest mobile operator, could realistically bring a $4bn IPO to market this side of the summer, said bankers, after its three shareholders agreed a new corporate structure for the firm this week. Potential lead managers for a London listing were interviewed last week but it is yet to mandate banks.
