Accell stays in low gear with ABB for Raleigh
The sale of 125 year old UK bicycle firm Raleigh Cycle to Dutch rival Accell Group was announced on Thursday, with the buyer raising €31.3m through an accelerated bookbuild to help finance the €60m acquisition.
