CBQ makes first inside curve print for CEEMEA in 2012
Commercial Bank of Qatar priced its $500m 3.375% five year note on Tuesday inside its own curve, becoming the first issuer from the CEEMEA region to do so this year. BNP Paribas, HSBC and Morgan Stanley arranged the deal.
