Europe IPO outlook bleak despite better global picture in Q2

The performance of global equity capital markets in the second quarter has been far more encouraging than market sentiment would indicate, said consultancy Ernst & Young in its quarterly report on IPOs this week. However, the mood in the European market remains depressed, with cancelled IPOs and a lack of large deals resulting from instability in the eurozone.
