Opportunistic CEEMEA issuance could still come, say bankers
Potential deals from Qtel and Samruk Energy made up the total pipeline for CEEMEA at the start of the week but bankers said opportunistic issuance could not be ruled out in the event of receptive market conditions.
Qtel is expected to price a jumbo deal as early as Wednesday (see separate story) while Samruk Energy is said to be collating investor feedback from last weeks roadshow, which ended on December 5.
