Repeat issuer HICL ready again

HICL Infrastructure, a £1.2bn UK-listed fund, on Thursday revealed plans for a placing and open offer of new shares in its thirteenth visit to the capital market since July 2011. It has reached its 10% non pre-emptive limit so will need a general meeting to approve the deal.
