Kazakh People’s IPOs kick off with KazTransOil success

Kazakhstan could invite international investors into its People’s IPO programme of state privatisations to ensure the success of future deals despite an enthusiastic response from domestic retail and institutions to its debut deal that started trading on Christmas Day.
