Russians still popular in Switzerland as Sberbank taps

Sberbank has priced a tap of four year Swiss franc debt, in response to investor interest. The paper sold well on Monday afternoon to private bank accounts that focused on Sberbank’s stability compared with emerging market peers.

Russian Agricultural Bank is said to be among other Russian issuers looking to follow Sberbank, with Swiss franc investors on the lookout for the yields they can offer. RAB last came to the market with a Sfr450m ($487.16m) 3.125% August 2015 note in July 2012.
