Talvivaara CEO completes €27m tail-swallow
The chief executive of Talvivaara, the troubled Helsinki and London-listed nickel miner, has placed 48m subscription rights, representing around 18% of the deal, and 1.9m shares allowing him to take part in the company’s €261m rights issue.
