EADS, Banca Generali launch, Transgaz prepares, Moleskine falls

The first of this year’s expected block sales in EADS was launched on Wednesday as Spain moved quickly to trim its holding in line with plans announced last week. Bank of America Merrill Lynch is bookrunner for the €380m sale.
