Finnish Elisa calls for €300m refinancing bond

Elisa, the Finnish telecoms company, sold a €300m bond on Tuesday to refinance maturities and extend its debt curve.

The Baa2/BBB rated company attracted strong demand from Nordic investors.

Bookrunners Danske Bank, Goldman Sachs, Nordea Markets and Pohjola Markets held an investor call at 9.15am London time on Tuesday and then announced a long seven year bond.
