Investec hires Chavkin for levfin and private debt

Investec Specialist Bank has hired Megan Chavkin into its corporate and acquisition finance team in London, to originate and execute leveraged finance and private debt deals in Europe.

Chavkin has worked in the leveraged finance team at Nedbank's corporate investment bank for three years, focusing on large cap leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, share-backed and sponsor-backed funding.

Chavkin will now report to Investec's head of corporate and acquisition finance, Callum Bell.
