Arkéa and Belfius find new tights in ‘red hot’ market

Issuers are finding new valuations for their bonds in the financial institutions bond market this autumn, with strong issuance conditions helping to drag spreads tighter and tighter.

Crédit Mutuel Arkéa sold €500m of 12 year non-call seven debt in its first callable tier two transaction ever on Wednesday, pricing the deal 145bp over mid-swaps through bookrunners Crédit Agricole, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, Nykredit Markets, Santander and UniCredit.
