UK PP market starts to break away from its US colonial parent

The UK private placement market is still not even really a thing. It soon will be. Born as an outgrowth of the US market, it is developing rapidly into a separate animal, as investors of many kinds hunt just the right kind of risk/return profile for their needs — whether that’s corporate debt, housing associations, infrastructure or inflation.
