EM bond fund flows positive but investors accused of 'complacency'

Despite the instigation of US financial sanctions last week on a wider range of Russian companies with bonds outstanding, emerging market bond funds flows have remained positive with investors adding $260m to these funds in the week leading to July 23, according to EPFR Global data.
