Assystem powers through Seadrill upset for full equity credit with perpetual CB

French engineering firm Assystem launched a pioneering perpetual convertible bond on Wednesday morning, allowing the company to have full equity credit and providing some comfort for a market that could have been shut down by a high profile cancellation the evening before.
