Euro PPs: a vigorous private bond market is finally in reach

Banks, investors and companies are hard at work laying the foundations for a fully functioning European private placement market. There is much to be done, but there are already signs that the asset class could mimic its US counterpart and become a large and stable funding source, even attracting cash from outside Europe.
