The Eu30m five year facility for Telekom Slovenije has been signed through mandated arrangers Bank Austria Creditanstalt and Mizuho. Investkredit Bank also joined the deal. Two levels of participation were offered: lead manager for a take of Eu5m for a fee of 35bp; and manager for a take of Eu2.5m for 25bp. The facility carries a guaranteed fee of 65bp until December 2004 and then 75bp thereafter. The facility carries an EIB guarantee.
Sole mandated arranger Moscow Narodny Bank will launch syndication of the $100m three year facility for Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Kombinat (MMK) by the end of November.
The credit, which will be the borrower's first syndicated facility, will pay a margin of 400bp over Libor.
Some bankers have expressed concerns that the three year tenor will prove challenging.
Mandated arranger RZB is in talks with one bank for a senior role on the new Eu70m five year term loan for Euromarkt.
A general syndication targeted at domestic banks will be launched later this month.
The credit pays a margin of 107.5bp over Libor.
Repayments will be made either quarterly or semi-annually and a bullet payment of Eu55m will be made at final maturity.
Proceeds will refinance existing debt. The borrower is a real estate holding firm that is part of the Swiss/Austrian Spar group.
