The remarkable renaissance in bank balance sheet collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) continued this week as Royal Bank of Scotland, Commerzbank and Finland's Sampo Bank all issued deals, between them transferring Eu10.5bn of corporate credit risk into the capital markets.
