CIS IPO surge strengthens despite small fish shortfall
UralChem, Kuzbass Fuel and Avantgard launched IPOs worth as much as $1.3bn this week continuing the recent surge of activity from the CIS. The deals emerged with the $400m RTS and Micex IPO of pharmaceuticals company Protek via Renaissance Capital and UBS already in the market.
