Deals at last but senior FIG market’s true test yet to come

The Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Générale and UBS are together expected to sell over Eu3bn of short senior unsecured deals on Thursday, highlighting borrowers’ desire to take advantage of liquidity ahead of the results of the European banks’ stress tests and before the upcoming results blackout period.
