Banks back with a vengeance, but for how long?

Canada’s banks were conspicuous only for their absence in wholesale debt markets in 2009. But this year they have returned and investors throughout the world are hungry for their deals, be they senior unsecured or covered bonds. But, as Paul Wallace reports, the comeback might not last long.
