S+B starts with tail-swallow

Schmolz+Bickenbach, the Swiss speciality steel firm, moved ahead with its Sfr297m recapitalisation rights issue this week as the start of the ex-rights period was marked by a tail-swallow that will result in the free float increasing to around 65% from 30%.
