UBS gives UniCredit’s Ermotti the chance to spread his wings
Sergio Ermotti, who ran the invesment bank at UniCredit, is joining UBS as chairman and CEO of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Ermotti, who is a Swiss Italian, will begin his new role on April 1 2011 and will be based in Zurich. His replacement at UniCredit has not yet been announced.
