Long-awaited Evonik Carbon Black deal announced

The long-expected bond for Evonik Carbon Black, a German pigments producer, was launched on Monday. The company hopes to issue a Eu600m-equivalent 2018 bond in euros and dollars to finance its acquisition by Rhône Capital and Triton, according to a banker close to the deal.
