MRSK lists GDRs in London
Russia’s largest electricity distributor MRSK on Thursday listed 42.96m global depository receipts, each representing 200 existing ordinary company shares, on the London Stock Exchange. The GDRs correspond to roughly 20% of the company’s share capital.
