Enel quick to sell Terna in strong market, raises €280m
Italy’s Enel was quick to move in selling its entire 5.09% stake in grid company Terna Rete Elettrica Nazionale after publishing preliminary full year numbers earlier in the week, leaving bankers hoping that other vendors will push through sales as soon as they come out of blackout.
