Uni-Sai auctions for late August

Auctions of €624m of unexercised rights in the €2.2bn Unipol and Fondiaria-Sai rights issues are likely to start at the end of August, giving the deals the best chance of finding an audience at the end of the holiday season — and the underwriting banks the best chance of avoiding losses on the deal.
