Markets leap – have they learnt to speak Draghi-ese?

Financial markets leapt this afternoon after European Central Bank president Mario Draghi revealed further details of the ECB’s plan to back up any bailout of a struggling eurozone sovereign with unlimited purchases of its bonds.
