Globaltrans trades off after surprise second ABB
Globaltrans, a London-listed Russian freight train group, completed a sale of 10.3m GDRs on Tuesday morning after an overnight accelerated bookbuild, raising around $200m. But it came at a big discount and the stock subsequently traded below the offer price.
