Wolters Kluwer to roadshow, call hybrid bond from 2001

Wolters Kluwer, the Dutch publishing firm, has announced a roadshow starting on March 4 for what would be its first bond issue since 2010, and first benchmark deal for five years. ABN Amro, Barclays, Rabobank and Royal Bank of Scotland will lead manage the transaction, which will finance the calling of Wolters Kluwer’s €225m perpetual subordinated bond, placed by Rabobank in 2001. The bond was first callable in May 2008, but remains outstanding.
