Privatbank guides to 10.875% for first Ukrainian private bank deal in three years

Ukrainian bank Privatbank has released initial price thoughts for a dollar five year senior note at 10.875% area via Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and UBS. The Reg S/144a note will be the first Ukrainian private bank to print a deal since 2010, when Privatbank sold its last bond.
