UK towers group Arqiva seeks £1.1bn IG and HY bond

Arqiva, the UK mobile phone and TV tower business, is seeking to raise around £1.1bn of senior secured and unsecured bonds in sterling and dollars. The transaction will be divided between an investment grade rated layer and a high yield bond element.
