HICL completes £167m capital raise
HICL Infrastructure, a £1.23bn UK-listed fund, raised £167m through a placing and open offer of new shares, making use of the full potential to upsize the deal after receiving strong demand. The deal marks its thirteenth visit to the capital markets since July 2011.
