Prologis turns to Europe again for 10 year bond
Prologis, the US Reit that specialises in warehouses, followed up last week’s roadshow with a 10 year bond issue today that found strong demand and grew to €700m. It is understood to be only the second bond in euros from one of the group’s main US entities.
