Imtech shakes off bad news to get 95% subs

Royal Imtech, a Dutch provider of technical services for buildings, completed a €500m rights issue on Thursday, achieving 94.5% take-up despite continuing bad news through the subscription period. ING and Rabobank launched a rump placement of around €38m on Thursday evening for the remaining shares.
