Lloyds to exchange ECNs for AT1; others may follow
Lloyds Banking Group is planning to use a regulatory call option on tier 2 capital instruments it issued after the crisis to exchange them for more subordinated additional tier one debt, a move that at least one other bank has told investors it may follow.
