After a gluttonous holiday season comes the subsequent dieting resolutions, but holders of Atkins Nutrititionals bank debt will be watching the performance of the company more than their own waistlines. Atkins, which is owned by GS Capital Partners and Parthenon Capital, said in a statement it is expecting "a surge in sales" in the beginning of 2005.
