INVESTING - India's hidden hedge funds

It is widely acknowledged that hedge funds have been active in the country for years, but in an environment in which short-selling is not allowed, it is best to keep your head down. While the finance ministry is showing signs of softening its position, no one is holding their breath, least of all investors. Setting up offshore still remains the preferred option.
