Analysts say a chronic lack of investment on roads, rail and ports is putting trade at risk and starting to crimp Australia's potential growth. The building backlog has been blamed on government aversion to debt. But as authorities seek to address the problem, there are fears that a further stimulus is the last thing an economy already operating at full capacity needs. Giles Parkinson reports.
