Property developers are struggling to keep pace with demand amid surging commercial and residential markets. A scarcity of office space is forcing companies to make use of converted warehouses and shopping malls, while low interest rates have brought homes within the reach of most office workers. But even as asset prices approach pre-crisis levels, analysts see no sign of a bubble. Ian Gill reports.
