Eurasian Natural Resources joins Kazakh IPO rush
Global coordinator Deutsche Bank and bookrunners ABN Amro, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are poised to launch the $3bn IPO of Kazakh mining and energy company Eurasian Natural Resources, hot on the heels of oil and gas company ZhaikMunai’s $650m float. Both companies are in the hottest sectors of one of the world’s hottest markets, so there are few concerns about investors’ ability to absorb both issues.
