Record rights issues to spark investor fatigue?
Over £6bn of rights issues have been announced by UK companies since the start of the year, putting the country at the forefront of recapitalisations. Two more property companies are planning to tap the equity markets for recap funds with Brixton and Segro, following the recently announced British Land and Hammerson deals while Land Securities may also announce a rights issue later this week.
