Michelin turns to loans for bond refinance
French tyre group Michelin has secured a Eu480m bridge loan to refinance a maturing bond. The borrower will use facility, which matures on December 31, to repay a Eu470m note due in April and meet other short-term commitments. Calyon, Royal Bank of Scotland and Société Générale are the lenders.
