Shells catch on but Helikos, Horizon fall short
Pricing of IPOs for two cash shell companies, Helikos and Horizon Acquisition, this week showed tentative signs that the product is again becoming popular with investors in Europe. Even though the two deals fell short of their target size, some bankers see a future for the niche product.
