Agency delights in dollars
The erstwhile undersupplied five year part of the dollar curve is in the spotlight this week with the Asian Development Bank issuing $2.5bn priced at mid-swaps plus 2bp and Council of Europe with its inaugural global bond pricing at plus 5bp, both deals following Ontario’s highly successful $3bn five year priced last Friday.
